A.N.T. Hat

Inspired by mYak's gorgeous palette of Baby Yak Lace, designer Aimee DeBaun set on a mission to recreate the classic double knitted hats she would often see in shops. By employing the tricks and tips she's learned during her career, she came up with a new take–aka A.N.T.!  Reversible and in two colors, you begin with a provisional cast-on, finish the one hat and then pick up to start the second hat. Both are finished with two fun crown shapes. Wear it with a slouch to show off either color solo or fold the brim for a little peek-a-boo pop!

finished dimensions: 23 in from end to end; center circumference 18.5 in 

needles: US 4 (3.5 mm) 16 inch-circular needle and set of DPN’s or long circular needle for magic loop method
notions: crochet hook, scrap yarn, stitch markers, tapestry needle, and scissors
