Tolsta Tee

A classic raglan tee knit at a breezy gauge that knits up quickly is the perfect seasonal project for spring and summer. Designed to tap into the knitter's creativity, the pattern includes instructions to make it plain or customize it with eyelets or stripes. Rebecca even has suggestions on modifying your Tolsta with picot, embroidery, and textures. How fun is that? Our kits include solid colors of Sandnes Garn Duo, a fantastic cotton and merino blend. You can order a secondary hue for stripes. I just might have to knit one this season!

pattern sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5) (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) Our kit will make sizes 1-4.

• To make sizes 5-7, please order one more ball of Sandes Garn Duo.

• To make sizes 8 to 10, please order two more balls of Sandes Garn Duo.

If you would like to make a thin striped version of the tee, please order 1 (sizes 1-4) 2 (sizes 5-8) and 3 (sizes 9 and 10) skeins of the contrast color of Duo.

0-8cm/ 0-3 inches of positive ease is recommended, meaning you should pick a size with that is 0-8cm/ 0-3 inches larger than your chest measurement.

recommended needles: US 6 (4.0 mm) and US 8 (5.0 mm) 24, 32 and/or 40” circular needles or size needed to obtain gauge.
