Bonnie and Clyde
Bonnie & Clyde is incredibly popular here at Monarch, so I when the Olympics KAL was planned, I knew I had to knit one for myself. Then when mYak released the beautiful Fior di Cashmere with its amazing, bright colors, I was hooked. If you follow the pattern, you can knit both shawls, however I decided to knit just the striped version and make it a bit bigger.
- Bonnie is knit top-down in a captivating dip-stitch stripe pattern, it features decreases on both sides and soft, open edges created by dropped yarn overs.
- Clyde is worked sideways from tip to tip, using gentle shaping and playful stripes for a relaxing, beginner-friendly knit.
Whether you choose one or knit the pair, these shawlettes add the perfect touch of color and texture to any outfit. A great gift idea for a knitter, too!
