Fjord Tweed is a soft yet rustic Merino/Rambouillet wool with nupps sprinkled about like confetti for the tweedy effect. This climate beneficial and fully traceable wool is sourced from Great Basin (western US) area ranches and milled in the US. It is then beautifully hand dyed by Sarah Pedersen in her Santa Cruz studio. Each skein offers 210 yards–perfect for a variety of projects!
