Hayton Hat

Cozy and quick-to-knit? 'Tis the season! This hat, worked in Half Fisherman's Rib stitch, offers warmth and texture with the option for a single or double-folded edge—both secured with double knitting for durability. With simple crown shaping, it's a perfect project for knitters of all levels. We've combined a luxurious blend of Knitting for Olive Heavy Merino and Pascuali Mohair Bliss. Tuck one or two into a stocking...A handful of Hayton Hats would make a lovely family or group gift, sure to be cherished and worn all season long! 

Our kit makes the first four sizes.  Please order one more ball of Mohair Bliss (second color listed) to make sizes M and L.

sizes: 0-1 years, 2-3 years, 3-9 years, (S, M, L)

• Fits head circumference of 45-47, 48-50, 51-53, (54-56, 57-59, 60-63) cm
• circumference of finished hat: 40, 42.5, 45.5, (48, 50.5, 53.5) cm
• depth of folded brim: 7.5, 8, 8.5, (9, 9.5, 10) cm
• depth of hat (from bottom of fold to top): 24, 25, 27.5, (28.5, 30, 31) cm

recommended needles: US 7 - 4.5mm
