A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space at the retreat. Full payment details and timelines will be provided at the time of booking.

No discount codes may be used toward the purchase of the knitting retreat.

We recommend booking early, as space is limited and expected to fill quickly.

Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and limited availability, all payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend and we can fill the space from the waitlist, you will receive a refund for the deposit minus $300.00. All cancellations and transfers must be handled through Monarch Knitting.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the Mirador Hotel in Pacific Grove.

Accommodations, shared meals, and all retreat programming are included once you arrive. Please be aware that all food and drinks enjoyed outside the retreat meals will be charged to your house account at the Mirador.

Additional details, including check-in times, what to expect, and the retreat program, will be shared closer to the retreat date.

This is a thoughtfully curated, small-group retreat designed for connection, creativity, and rest.

Please note that this retreat will involve walking, day and evening, through Pacific Grove. None of the destinations is further than a half-mile away. If walking is an issue, please plan on renting a car, as we do not provide transportation.

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the schedule, instructors, or offerings if needed, while maintaining the overall experience.

By attending, guests acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily in all retreat activities.

If you have specific needs, allergies, or accessibility requests, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate.

From time to time, photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for use in Monarch Knitting’s marketing and social channels.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know. We are happy to respect your wishes.

While we take great care in planning every detail, Monarch Knitting and retreat hosts are not responsible for personal belongings, travel disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
