Sock Knitting Workshop - In Store - Saturdays, February 22nd, March 1st and 8th
Three sessions: Saturdays, February 22nd and March 1st, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and March 8th, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am
Instructor: Koryn Stone
Have you always wanted to knit a pair of socks for yourself or someone special? Join us for the three-part workshop where Koryn will break down the process of knitting socks using the magic loop method. Summer Lee's I'm So Basic Sock is the perfect jumping-off point for our class. We will introduce magic loop knitting, cast on, and knit the cuff. We will also tackle the heel flap, turn, and gusset, and then knit the toe of the sock and close the sock using the Kitchener stitch. After these three sessions, you will understand the basics of sock knitting and be able to take on more challenging patterns!
