Zizi

Zizi by Britt-Marie Brehmer is an elegant, modern top that celebrates beautiful materials and thoughtful simplicity. We’re knitting ours in a luxurious pairing of ITO Rakuta and ITO Sensai, creating a soft, airy fabric with gentle structure and a subtle halo. The design lets the yarn truly shine, resulting in a refined yet effortless piece that’s easy to wear and quietly striking—just as lovely dressed up as it is paired with your favorite jeans.

P.S. I knit a folded crew neck version. To do so, pick up stitches as instructed for the collar using a size 4 needle, ensuring that an even number of stitches are picked up. Knit for 1”. Switch to smaller needle (I used a US2.5 -3.0mm needle) and knit 5 rounds approximately 1/2”. Switch back to the size 4 needle and knit an additional 1”. Total ribbing before folding will be 2.5”. Bind off loosely. Fold the bind off edge to the inside and align with the pick up edge. Sew the bind off edge to the neckline edge.

Our kit will make the first three sizes, 32 to 36.  For reference I am wearing a 36-inch bust with a finished measurment of 45.25.

• For sizes 38, 40, and 42, please order one more Sensai and Rakuda.
• For sizes 46, 50 and 54, please order two more Sensai and Rakuda.

• For sizes 58 and 62, please order three more Sensai and Rakuda.
